High-Quality Raw Materials and Waterproofing and Flooring Works

This unique hotel has been erected on a plot with an area of 30 dunams in a khan - like structure. The hotel contains 228 rooms, a spa area, restaurants, shops, a kids club, a gymnasium, a function hall and a dining room. Within an internal and central courtyard of the hotel a pool has been constructed with branches leading to each of the ground floor rooms.

As part of the construction operations, 45,000 cu.m. of concrete was poured and waterproofing works carried out over a total area of 4,500 sq.m. In the hotel rooms, use was made of natural materials in bright colours, and a bright hued granite porcelain type of flooring selected to replace the wall-to-wall carpeting previously laid over the floors in the rooms. The walls of the rooms were painted in white and delicate light blue shades.
