Building Products and Waterproofing Solutions in a New Business Park

In the new business park in Kiryat Ono 3 commercial and office blocks, each rising 7 - 11 storeys, have been erected. The complex extends over a total area of about 50,000 sq.m. - of which about 45,000 sq.m. contain offices and work spaces and 4,500 sq.m. house commercial, entertainment and recreation areas. Also included in the complex are 3 parking levels with an area of approx. 32,000 sq.m.

As part of the construction works, Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries supplied a variety of waterproofing solutions and building materials: Israbeton provided 45,000 cu.m. of concrete, Itumit Ltd. carried out waterproofing works over an approx. 4,500 sq.m. area, and BG Bond Ltd. delivered paints to cover thousands of sq.m. of offices and commercial spaces. In addition, Zahavi Atzmon carried out tile and parquet flooring works over some 2,200 sq.m., as well as providing sanitary ware - bathtubs, wash basins and lavatory pans.
