Advanced Building Materials in a Mixed- Use Complex 

The complex contains two office towers, each rising 17 stories, a ground floor used for commerce with shops, restaurants and cafés, and an underground car park extending over an area of about 19 thousand sq.m. on 3 and a half levels. 

As part of the construction works, Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries supplied a variety of building materials: Ashkalit Ltd. provided almost 1,700 cu.m. of thermally insulated fireproof blocks possessing the highest safety classification level. In addition, the Company also delivered a range of other building materials such as white water repelling cement plaster, polyurethane compounds, gravel, adhesive, lintels (beams) and insulation panels. In the complex Ashbond Ltd. has erected over 6,000 sq.m. of partitions for building isolation walls and interior partitions, using ordinary building or waterproof plaster for filling in gouged out areas of the blocks.
