Construction and Finishing Materials for a Residential Complex 

The new Aka Premium complex will feature two 11-story residential towers and four 10-story towers, totaling 308 apartments and four levels of underground parking.

As part of the construction works, Ashtrom Industries' subsidiaries supplied a range of building and finishing materials. Israbeton delivered over 40,000 cubic meters of concrete, including types for pilings, rafts, improved flow, water contact, drainage, and thermal insulation. 

Ashkalit produced nearly 6,000 cubic meters of fire-resistant and safety blocks and supplied materials such as water-repellent white cement plaster, gravel, adhesives, armored panels for compression and smoke shafts, and insulation panels. Zahavi Atzmon completed tile and parquet flooring across more than 40,000 sq.m. and provided a variety of sanitary ware, including bathtubs, washbasins, and lavatory pans.
