Ashtrom Industries, through its subsidiaries Itumit and Zahavi Atzmon, has carried out waterproofing works and provided a variety of interior design solutions as part of the construction works in the new residential project NEO on the Hill in Givat Shmuel.

Waterproofing and Interior Design Solution in Urban Renewal Project
NEO on the Hill is an urban renewal project in Givat Shmuel including 5 buildings, 402 housing units and a common underground car park.
As part of the construction operations, Itumit Ltd. performed waterproofing works on the walls, the basement floor, window openings, roof sheeting, cracks and foundations over a total area of around 2,500 sq.m. In addition, Zahavi Atzmon Ltd. carried out flooring works with parquet and ceramic and porcelain granite tiles over an area totalling almost 100,000 sq.m. and installed a variety of sanitary ware in the apartments including toilet bowls, wash basins and taps.
