Sealing and Interior Design Solutions for Urban Renewal Project
NEO BaGivaa is an urban renewal project in Givat Shmuel including 5 buildings, 402 housing units and a common underground car park.
As part of the construction operations, Itumit performed waterproofing works on the walls, the basement floor, window openings, roof sheeting, cracks and foundations over a total area of around 2,500 sq.m. In addition, Zahavi Atzmon carried out flooring works with parquet and ceramic and porcelain granite tiles over an area totalling almost 100,000 sq.m. and installed a variety of sanitary ware in the apartments including toilet bowls, wash basins and taps.
