Ashtrom Industries, through its subsidiaries Israbeton, Nitzavim, BG Bond, Itumit, Ashkalit and Zahavi Atzmon, has undertaken the waterproofing operations and provided a variety of high-quality raw materials and advanced construction solutions as part of the erection of a new office complex at the 1,000-Complex in West Rishon LeZion.

A Wide Selection of Advanced Construction Solutions and Raw Materials
In the new urban complex being erected in Rishon Le-Zion, 3 office buildings are being built, two of which are to serve as the central headquarters facility of the Phoenix Ltd.
As part of the construction operations, the subsidiaries of Ashtrom Industries provided a variety of building and finishing materials: Israbeton and Ashkalit supplied about 115,000 cu.m. of concrete and some 2,600 cu.m. of blocks bearing the Israeli Standard Mark and possessing a high safety classification. Nitzavim company installed 30,000 sq.m. of plaster walls, rails and uprights, BG Bond Ltd. provided 4,700 sacks of adhesive, and Itumit Ltd. carried out waterproofing operations on the walls, basement floor, window openings and roof sheets - over an area extending more than 11,000 sq.m. The finishing materials were supplied by Zahavi Atzmon Ltd. with a variety of sanitary ware and flooring works using tiles and parquet - with an overall area in excess of 13,000 sq.m.
