Building Materials and Sealing Works in a Residential Project
The Saidoff Project, located in Jaffa Rd., Jerusalem, includes a 24-storey residential tower with 122 luxury apartments, a listed building, a commercial floor with 14 shops and 3 underground parking levels.
As part of the construction works, Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries have supplied a variety of building, bonding and painting materials: Israbeton has produced 1,250 cu.m. of concrete and BG Bond has provided 1,500 bonding and painting products for a range of waterproofing and filling materials in dispensers and sleeves. In addition, Itumit Ltd. has carried out various waterproofing operations, including coatings in a thin, waterproof layer on the structure exterior or interior, as well as waterproofing window openings, cracks and foundations, over a total area of about 125 sq.m.
