Building and Finishing Materials for Mixed - Use Tower 

The tower contains 17 office storeys and commercial areas over a built-up area of about 21,000 sq.m. Also included are a vehicle showroom on the ground floor, a commercial floor with cafés and restaurants, a 4-level underground car park, and advanced environmental development. 

As part of the construction works, the subsidiaries of Ashtrom Industries supplied a variety of building and finishing materials: Israbeton provided 25,000 cu.m. of concrete, Ashkalit cast 2,500 cu.m. of safety and fireproof blocks, Ashbond erected 2,500 cu.m. of partition blocks and waterproof insulation blocks, and BG Bond delivered 1,900 bags of white porcelain BG adhesive weighing 40 kg. In addition, Zahavi Atzmon Ltd. laid tiled and parquet flooring over an area in excess of 6,000 sq.m. as well as supplying a variety of sanitary ware - bathtubs, wash basins and lavatory bowls..
