Building and Finishing Materials for Urban Renewal Complex in Ramat Aviv 

In the Neve Avivim neighbourhood, a new residential complex is being built with an overall area of approx. 42,000 sq.m. The complex includes 3 residential towers over a common 3-level car park - two 9-storey towers and one rising to 18 storeys. 

As part of the construction operations, the subsidiaries of Ashtrom Industries provided a variety of building and finishing materials: Israbeton supplied over 30,000 cu.m. of concrete and plaster of various types - including concrete for piles, raft concrete, concrete for thermal insulation and  drainage concrete. Ashkalit Ltd. cast 2,820 cu.m. of fireproof blocks as well as supplying other building materials such as white cement (water resistant) plaster, adhesive, gravel, insulation panels and armoured panels for compression shafts. Zahavi Atzmon Ltd. performed flooring works using tiles and parquet over a total area of about 20,000 sq.m., as well as providing a variety of home sanitary ware including bathtubs, sinks and toilet bowls.
